"Can you resist?…"

My fourth novel has three central characters – Maddie, Jess and Lauren – who all meet at ‘Fatbusters’, a weight-watchers style club. Maddie works at a local radio station and has been pushed into going to Fatbusters by her bitchy DJ boss, live on air. (Talk about humiliating.) Jess is a beautician but doesn’t feel very beautiful herself. She’s desperate to squeeze into a size 10 wedding dress, and scared that her fiancé won’t love her if she can’t manage it. And Lauren has let herself go after her divorce, living on takeaways and wine. She runs a dating agency but has signed off romance for ever – or so she thinks.

Set in Birmingham, this is a novel about all the things that matter: love, friendship and chocolate!
